 tness and excitement for young athletes—swim\, bike and run your way to the
  finish line! All triathlon participants receive a wicking t-shirt\, refres
 hments\, and a finisher medal. The week after the triathlon\, trophies will

  register over the phone.\n\nGPS Routes Available through QR Code \n\nRemin
 ders:\n\n - Bike helmets are mandatory.\n\n- Athletes will be timed via chi
 p timing for the Bike/Run portion (timed together)\, and will be timed manu
 ally for the swim portion of the event.\n\n- U.S. Coast Guard-approved life
  jackets may be worn in the pool\, if needed.\n\n- No e-bikes are allowed a
 t this event.\n\n- No dogs are allowed at the event.\n\n- The event will be
  held rain or shine.\n\n- Online registration closes at 10 am on Thursday\,
  May 14. In-person registration will be available at packet pick-up on Frid
 ay\, May 15th. \n\n- No refunds or transfers are allowed for any reason at 
 any time including ride cancellation.\n\n \n\nVolunteers Needed: We need vo
 lunteers to help with body marking\, directing the participants along the r
 oute\, helping in the bike corral\, or supervising indoors. If you can help
 \, please sign up during the registration process. We recommend that there 
 is a parent or other adult available to help the athlete transition between
  events if needed\; please ensure that there is another adult present at th
