Hockey Dryland Skills Challenge

Athletes will prepare for tryouts and in-season dominance while building essential mental and physical skills. 

The program focus is on improving foot speed, coordination, balance, strength, conditioning and awareness. 

Athletes will practice and test on drills throughout the class with an awards ceremony for top performers in each age group on the final day.
