Tai Chi & Qigong Mix It Up

Experience the art of Tai Chi through a variety of practices, including Tai Chi and Qigong forms, Acupoints, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, Baoding Balls and Unweighted Ball exercises.

This class is suitable for most fitness levels—participants should be able to turn, bend slightly and stand for at least half the session. Improve flexibility, balance, agility and body awareness while calming the mind and reducing stress. No prior experience needed. Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes (no sandals).
