Amazing Athletes
Let's get active! Your student will learn the fundamentals and mechanics of nine ball sports and seven key areas of motor development.
In this course we will cover: baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, football, basketball, soccer, golf, hockey and tennis. Build self-confidence, practice teamwork and improve fine and gross motor skills with us! In this non-competitive environment, you will increase your cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone, hand-eye coordination and reaction time. Parents are not required to stay, but are welcome.
