Non-Competitive Swim Group Ages 7+
Keep swimming after lessons! Our fun, non-competitive swim group builds endurance and skills for lifelong fitness. Perfect for triathlon prep, cabin swims or just enjoying the water.
Requirements:
- 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke
- Demonstrated ability/understanding of breaststroke and butterfly
- Must have passed Admiral 3, Skipper 5 or equivalent level
- Ability to swim and tread in deep water
Skills Learned:
- Increased endurance
- Recreational swimming skills: planning a swim workout, circle swimming, flip turns, diving, stroke technique
