Volleyball Skills

Volleyball skills are taught through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving. Sessions will include short court and 2 vs. 2 court games. No experience or equipment is necessary.

This program is instructed by Stephen McCarthy of the McCarthy Project. Since 2001, Stephen has researched and developed innovative training, skill development and techniques specific to the sport. He is USAV and BCAP certified.
