Intro to Trout Fishing

Become a confident fly angler with hands-on instruction in gear, knots, and casting. Fish wild trout in Western Wisconsin rivers. All gear provided except waders and boots.

This 5-hour, in-person class fast-tracks you to confident fly fishing in Western Wisconsin. Master Guide Scott will teach essentials like gear, rigging, knots, and the best local flies. After a focused dry-ground casting lesson, you'll fish wild trout on the Kinnickinnic or Rush rivers. All fishing gear (rods, reels, flies, etc.) is provided; participants must bring their own waders and boots.
