Non-Competitive Swim Group

Keep swimming after lessons! Our fun, non-competitive swim group builds endurance and skills for lifelong fitness. Perfect for triathlon prep, cabin swims or just enjoying the water.

Requirements:

• 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke
• Demonstrated ability/understanding of breaststroke and butterfly
• Must have passed Admiral 3, Skipper 5 or equivalent level
• Ability to swim and tread in deep water

• Increased endurance
• Recreational swimming skills: planning a swim workout, circle swimming, flip turns, diving, stroke technique
