Swim Lessons: Admiral 3

Learn to swim 50 yards freestyle and backstroke, 25 yards breaststroke, 25 yards butterfly, perform flip turns and refine your strokes. For swimmers who can swim freestyle and backstroke for 25 yards, swim 10 yards breaststroke and dolphin kick with a kickboard for 25 yards.

Learnings

Admiral 1  

For inexperienced and/or cautious swimmers who cannot float or swim independently with freestyle and backstroke techniques. 

Swimmers will learn to float on their front and back unassisted, swim 15 yards freestyle with rhythmic breathing, swim 15 yards backstroke and perform whip (breaststroke) kick.

Admiral 2

This class is for swimmers who can float on their front and back unassisted, swim 15 yards freestyle and backstroke and utilize breaststroke (whip) kick.

Swimmers will learn to swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke with good technique, 10 yards breaststroke and perform dolphin (butterfly) kick. 

Admiral  3

This class is for swimmers who can swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke, swim 10 yards breaststroke and utilize dolphin (butterfly) kick. 

Swimmers will learn to swim 50 yards freestyle and backstroke, perform flip and open turns, swim 25 yards breaststroke, and swim 15 yards butterfly. 

After passing Admiral 3, swimmers are ready to try our Rec Swim Team!
