Elementary Competition Cheer Team
Explore the sport of cheerleading in a fun, team-focused environment. Coaches will emphasize skill development, safety, teamwork, good sportsmanship and making good choices to become a better athlete.
The competition team is primarily geared towards participants in grades 2-6. This team will have a high level of commitment and competition.
*Please note the Universal Cheer Association (UCA) states that participants have to attend a Minnetonka School to be eligible for this Minnetonka program.
The season runs from September - February; practices are on Monday nights at Minnetonka Middle School East. Participants will perform at Minnetonka school sporting events, and competitions throughout the metro area, as well as other community events!
***Participants will also be fitted for shoes and uniforms.
