Rec Swim Team: Open Practices, 10 & Under
Drop in for open practices to stay in shape between Fall and Winter Rec Swim Team sessions.
Rec Swim Team Requirements, Ages 10+:
- 25 yards freestyle and backstroke
- 15 yards breaststroke and butterfly
- Must have passed Skipper 5, Admiral 3 or equivalent level
- Swim and tread unassisted in deep water
