Shilan Delshad has more than 14 years of experience teaching group fitness and adult Community Education classes throughout local communities. Her experience includes SilverSneakers®, yoga, water exercise, Zumba®, strength training, cycling, and more. Shilan brings energy and enthusiasm to every class, creating a fun and challenging environment that keeps participants motivated and coming back.
