Rec Team members will learn the styles and techniques to develop their Ninja Skills with over 40 different obstacles! This 8 week long Rec Team consists of 6 practices and 2 competitions (week 4 and week 8). -

Run, jump and throw your way into the world of track and field! You’ll sprint, throw, jump and run relays and distance events while learning proper technique and building athletic skills. Participants should bring water and athletic shoes. This class has two sections based on grade. If minimum enrollment isn’t met, sections may be combined. -

Enjoy the playground classic that combines the best of soccer and baseball. You will practice kicking, catching and base running in a spirited team environment. Strengthen your coordination and reinforce teamwork. -
Mini-Hawk Track & Field
Combine technique, safety and fun while tracking improvement with recorded times and throws. We teach sport-specific fundamentals, footspeed, jumping, flexibility, coordination and endurance, all while building self-esteem. Minnetonka Elementary Run Club
Improve your overall fitness and learn the essentials of proper form, drills, hydration and nutrition, proper warm-up and cool down, breathing, stretching and pacing. Kids should be prepared each meeting to run continuously for at least ½ to 1 ½ miles, depending on their grade. Participants will meet their coach in front of the school each morning. These 50-minute sessions are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Times will vary according to which school the child attends. Students will be brought back into the school at the school's first bell. Participants are encouraged to bring warm and comfortable clothing, running shoes, a water bottle and a breakfast snack for afterward. Participants are provided with a Run Club t-shirt. Open to students in grades 2-5. We will end the program with a Track Meet on Sunday, October 11th at 1:30 PM at the Minnetonka High School Track and Field. Parents will be able to sign their athlete up for two events. The sign-up will be sent out closer to the track meet (once students have a better understanding of which events they may want to compete in). Events include a 1-mile run, 800m run, 400m run, 200m run, and a 100m Dash. Following the kids' races, we will be having a parent/adult 400m run, so come ready to run! -
Ninja Summer Camp
Climb, crawl, jump and conquer the obstacle course like a true Ninja Warrior! Learn techniques in a safe and fun way by exploring a new obstacle course each week. All camps are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer. Obstacles and stunts are designed specific to age groups. This summer give your child an American Ninja Warrior Experience! Young Ninjas develop strength and agility during this camp by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; everything you need to put your ninja skills to work! This camp transfers well into ninja levels testing or enhances other athletic performances. -

Boost your strength, endurance and agility on our dynamic fitness course! You will climb, crawl, jump and balance through exciting obstacle circuits designed to build ultimate confidence. -
Tonka Track & Field Clinic
This clinic will challenge experienced track & field athletes as well as those new to the sport. Improve your skills in various events, culminating in a track meet on the last day! Students will develop new skills and improve their technique in: running form and starts, hurdles, relays, long jump, triple jump & high jump, shot put & discus, pole vault and more. Please bring a water bottle, a snack, a *bike helmet and wear running attire. All participants will receive a Tonka Track & Field t-shirt. *The bike helmet will be used for safety when trying out pole vaulting. -
