Adult & Child Ninja Class
You and your ninja will work together to learn how to tackle ninja obstacles, problem-solve courses and build self-esteem. Practice on the warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliffhangers and tilted ladders; all Ninja-inspired obstacles! Family Ninja Classes are for anyone 5 or older. If you are looking for something different to do with your child and want to try a unique way to be active, come check this class out! All fitness levels are welcome! All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer. -
Conquer Ninja Rec Team
In each session, you’ll practice on real obstacles inspired by the tv show such as warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders and so much more. Learn the styles and techniques to develop Ninja Skills with over 40 different obstacles! Ninja Obstacle Training is extremely popular with kids and is a fun, unique way to develop confidence, strength, endurance, balance, and friendships! Athletes benefit from training in agility, power, perseverance, and resilience; attributes that all athletes strive to improve. Our Conquer Rec Team is designed for youth, ages 6-13 of all experience levels. Our Rec Team will practice on real obstacles inspired by the tv show such as warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders and so much more during their weekly practice. Rec Team members will learn the styles and techniques to develop their Ninja Skills with over 40 different obstacles! This 8 week long Rec Team consists of 6 practices and 2 competitions (week 4 and week 8). -
Intro to Ninja
Ninjas develop strength and agility by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliffhangers, and tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles! Increase flexibility, coordination, and self-esteem that can be transferred into ninja levels testing or enhance other athletic performances. All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer. -
Introduction to Track & Field
Run, jump and throw your way into the world of track and field! You’ll sprint, throw, jump and run relays and distance events while learning proper technique and building athletic skills. Participants should bring water and athletic shoes. This class has two sections based on grade. If minimum enrollment isn’t met, sections may be combined. -
Mini-Hawk Track & Field
Combine technique, safety and fun while tracking improvement with recorded times and throws. We teach sport-specific fundamentals, footspeed, jumping, flexibility, coordination and endurance, all while building self-esteem. Ninja Summer Camp
Climb, crawl, jump and conquer the obstacle course like a true Ninja Warrior! Learn techniques in a safe and fun way by exploring a new obstacle course each week. All camps are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer. Obstacles and stunts are designed specific to age groups. This summer give your child an American Ninja Warrior Experience! Young Ninjas develop strength and agility during this camp by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; everything you need to put your ninja skills to work! This camp transfers well into ninja levels testing or enhances other athletic performances. -
Tonka Track & Field Clinic
This clinic will challenge experienced track & field athletes as well as those new to the sport. Improve your skills in various events, culminating in a track meet on the last day! Students will develop new skills and improve their technique in: running form and starts, hurdles, relays, long jump, triple jump & high jump, shot put & discus, pole vault and more. Please bring a water bottle, a snack, a *bike helmet and wear running attire. All participants will receive a Tonka Track & Field t-shirt. *The bike helmet will be used for safety when trying out pole vaulting. -
