Competitive Edge Lacrosse Camp
Focus on essential skills for success in lacrosse including cradling, catching, throwing, dodging, ground balls, face-offs and defensive techniques taught by experienced coaches. Participants will work with a professional speed and strength coach to develop elite athletic movement patterns. Players will compete in 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 small-sided games and practice foundational building blocks necessary to excel in the sport of lacrosse. *Must have at least 1 year of experience in an organized lacrosse program to participate. Intro to Lacrosse Skills
Join us for a dynamic, non-contact training program designed for young athletes new to the sport. Campers will learn fundamental skills, including stick work (equipment provided), catching, throwing, ground balls and defensive techniques in a fun and supportive environment. Lacrosse
Explore a no-contact introduction to lacrosse! Discover the fundamentals, then develop stick-handling, cradling, passing and shooting skills in a dynamic and engaging environment that builds confidence. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided. Participants should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and snack. This is a non-contact camp, helmets, gloves, and mouth guards are not required but can be brought with and worn. -
Lacrosse Camp
Learn the fundamentals of stick handling, cradling, passing and shootingin a fun, non-checking environment. All equipment provided. Come away with the basics of the sport of lacrosse, but also important life skills such as respect, teamwork, and discipline and a deep understanding of the game and its traditions. Lacrosse Tykes
Your student will learn fundamentals such as cradling, passing and shooting in a fun, positive and safe no-contact camp designed to build skills and confidence. Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes. Sticks and balls are provided. This is a no-contact camp with safety/soft balls. Helmets, gloves and pads are not required.
