Whether you’re starting fresh or returning after years away, we’ll design a personalized lesson plan tailored to your goals and experience. Eight, 45 min-weekly summer lessons start the week of June 15. Register online and you will be contacted to confirm your lesson time in early June. Missed Lessons: Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up lessons or issue refunds if a student misses a lesson. As a courtesy to your teacher, please notify him/her as soon as possible if a lesson will be missed, or call the MCEC front desk at 952-401-6800. If a teacher misses a lesson due to illness or emergency, a make-up lesson will be scheduled. You will perfect your handstands, bridges, leaps and tuck jumps while progressing your tumbling, balance and overall flexibility. Previous experience is recommended. Throughout the week, you’ll receive focused instruction in motions, jumps, flexibility, stunting progressions, dance routines, and performance skills.
