This beginner ballet and barre class starts with a dancer’s stretch flow warm-up, strength training and fascia work, along with fundamental barre and floor combinations. This course is geared towards beginner students and should help with posture and tone. Expect new short combinations each week to take home with classical ballet music accompaniment. Ballet shoes or socks are recommended.
