Daytime Adult Music Lessons
It's never too late to start your musical journey! Whether you're a beginner or returning to your instrument, we’ll create a personalized lesson plan tailored to your goals and experience. Learning to play musical instruments as an adult stimulates brain function and is a great way to express your creativity. Our instructors are experienced in teaching adult students; they will give you the knowledge, technique and confidence to play music. Daytime piano lessons are scheduled on Monday through Thursday at the Minnetonka Community Education Center. Minnetonka Philharmonic
Elevate your performance skills by becoming a member of the Minnetonka Philharmonic. Middle school students are invited to audition for this advanced ensemble through their school orchestra teachers in late September. This opportunity offers a valuable platform for artistic growth and musical excellence! Students will rehearse at MME on Friday mornings before school. Minnetonka Philharmonic will perform as a part of the Winter and Spring Orchestra Concerts at the Minnetonka High School (MHS) Arts Center and attend the Middle Level Orchestra Festival and Competition. These 3-week, 45-minute lessons are designed for students who were in the 2025-26 school orchestra, band, or in the year-long private lesson program. Lessons can be scheduled online or in-person. Please bring in your instrument besides piano for the in-person lessons. Lessons can be scheduled during the daytime or early evening hours. Register online and you will be contacted to reserve your lesson time by early July. Registration: Enrollment and fees are for the entire term.
