Mini-Hawk Track & Field

Combine technique, safety and fun while tracking improvement with recorded times and throws. We teach sport-specific fundamentals, footspeed, jumping, flexibility, coordination and endurance, all while building self-esteem.

Athletes will learn sprints, relays, jumps, and throws while improving speed, coordination, and confidence.
