Competitive Edge Lacrosse Camp

Focus on essential skills for success in lacrosse including cradling, catching, throwing, dodging, ground balls, face-offs and defensive techniques taught by experienced coaches.

Participants will work with a professional speed and strength coach to develop elite athletic movement patterns.

Players will compete in 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 small-sided games and practice foundational building blocks necessary to excel in the sport of lacrosse.

*Must have at least 1 year of experience in an organized lacrosse program to participate. Personal equipment required (USA Lacrosse Standards including mouthpiece)
