Introduction to Track & Field

Run, jump and throw your way into the world of track and field! You will sprint, throw, jump and run relays and distance events while learning proper technique and building athletic skills. 

Participants should bring water and athletic shoes.

This class has two sections based on grade. If minimum enrollment isn’t met, sections may be combined.
