Competitive Edge Lacrosse

Take your game to the next level with dynamic, non-contact training! You will play games and develop fundamental stick work, catching, throwing, ground balls, defense and athleticism.

A softer lacrosse ball will be used in this program. All equipment provided, but personal sticks are welcome. Experienced coaches will enhance strategy and confidence in a learning-focused and fun environment.
