Yang Style Tai Chi
Tai Chi gently eases stress, builds strength and restores balance. Backed by leading research, this class teaches you a flowing 40-posture Yang-style sequence for physical and mental well-being.
Participants must be able to stoop, turn and change directions. Not suitable for some physical conditions. Previous Tai Chi experience is not required, but it is helpful. Participants will improve flexibility, body awareness, relaxation, balance, pain and stress reduction.

Lionel is a Level II Tai Chi Instructor with the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association, and a certified Tai Chi Instructor with Tai Chi Healthways . Lionel is also a certified instructor in “Moving for Better Balance” (Tai Ji Quan). He has been teaching SUN forms for more than 8 years, and practices Tai Chi Bang Stick, and Tai Chi Ruler.
