Tonka Mountain Bike ClubOutdoor RecreationHit the trails with this recreational mountain biking club for students in grades 6-12. Develop skills and enjoy local rides with a high-energy group of all abilities. Let’s ride! Club capacity is based on the number of adult ride-alongs in order to comply with established safety guidelines. Please indicate your willingness to be a ride-along when you register your participant. If interested in the Club's Lead Coach position it's posted here. Schedule: September and October, 2 times/week, tentatively Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Rides may take place at Lone Lake, Braemar, Hawk's Ridge, Monarch, and Mammoth Racing is not a feature of the Club, but there are Metro-area races that individuals could pursue if interested. Tonka Pole Vault ClinicYouth RecreationJoin us for an exciting summer of pole vaulting as you sharpen your skills, learn more about the sport, and build confidence. Led by Coach Eli Knutson, Minnetonka High School’s boys pole vault coach, this clinic features 12 high-quality sessions throughout the summer. Coach Knutson has been vaulting for 15 years, is a former D3 National qualifier and has guided multiple athletes to the state meet. Tonka Summer Basketball LeagueBasketballForm a team with your friends and compete in the Tonka Summer Basketball League! All games will take place at Minnetonka High School and will include professional referees. Game nights will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting as early as 6:00 pm. The last day of the league will feature a tournament. Players will receive a reversible jersey.
