Polka Dot Bow Tie Pasta
Discover how to make polka dot pasta dough and cut the shapes. We will then cook our pasta and sample it served with a simple lemon butter sauce and baked meatballs.
Leave with recipes plus a small box of your pasta creations and the inspiration to make pasta at home. Youth ages 7+ are encouraged to register with an enrolled adult.

Chef Ann is foodie and a fan of Ratatouille (the movie) and Chef Auguste Gusteau’s philosophy, “Anyone can cook, but only the fearless can be great”. Ann’s version? Be courageous—find good recipes and give it a go. But, don’t be afraid to experiment--play with your food!
Over the years, Ann has hosted youth team events, catered gatherings, and even drove her KitchenAid mixer and boxes of supplies to Milwaukee where she and her daughter baked desserts for a wedding in the tiny oven of a rented cabin. These days, she’s known for sharing her sourdough and other breads with a growing list of happy subscribers.
