Hand-pulled noodles are so much fun and they are much easier to make than you would think. In this online interactive class, you will learn two different techniques to pull noodles. We will make 2 types of hand-pulled noodles: Biang Biang and Lamian noodles. We’ll turn Biang Biang noodles into a noodle salad with chili sauce, and we'll use the Lamian noodles in miso noodle soup.

A Health Care Directive (akin to the old "Living Will") is a legal document that communicates your healthcare wishes and allows you to name someone to make healthcare decisions for you when you cannot speak for yourself. In this class, you will prepare both of these documents so you won't end up without these important legal plans in place. Carry, pass or kick in one of the fastest-growing sports. All players are welcome and no experience is necessary. Teams will practice twice per week. Practice begins in mid-February and matches typically begin in April. The registration fee includes socks, shorts, a team T-shirt and club dues. The High School Table Tennis Club is open to all experience levels and abilities. A variety of game formats will get everyone playing and enjoying the game. The club meets twice a week after school, March - May.
