Perfectly Styled Cupcakes

Cupcakes can be edible masterpieces—as enjoyable to eat as they are beautiful. Mix a moist, flavorful batter that bakes up perfectly domed cupcakes. Then learn different decorating skills using different piping tips.

Every participant will bake and decorate a dozen cupcakes. Bring your sweet tooth! You will leave with recipes, design tips, plus a box of your perfectly styled cupcakes. Youth ages 14+ are encouraged to register with an enrolled adult.

Chef Audrey is a Minnetonka high school student and owner of Audrey’s Cakelicious. Her love for baking started before she could even spell her name, but things got real in 2021 when she launched Audrey’s Cakelicious at the age of 12. Fast forward to now, she is a senior in high school, which means balancing AP classes and badminton practice while obsessing over the perfect buttercream swirl.

Audrey’s Chinese-Indonesian heritage has inspired some of her top selling desserts, She also likes to add a modern twist, like decorating vintage cakes and gourmet cupcakes that look almost too good to eat. When she isn’t studying, you can find her at a pop-up event or in the kitchen whisking up her next creation.
