Ricotta Stuffed Raviolis, Marinara Sauce & Meatballs
Make the dough, stuff and cook the raviolis, then sample them topped with a classic marinara sauce and baked meatballs. You will leave with recipes and tips plus a small bag of raviolis.

Chef Ann is foodie and a fan of Ratatouille (the movie) and Chef Auguste Gusteau’s philosophy, “Anyone can cook, but only the fearless can be great”. Ann’s version? Be courageous—find good recipes and give it a go. But, don’t be afraid to experiment--play with your food!
Over the years, Ann has hosted youth team events, catered gatherings, and even drove her KitchenAid mixer and boxes of supplies to Milwaukee where she and her daughter baked desserts for a wedding in the tiny oven of a rented cabin. These days, she’s known for sharing her sourdough and other breads with a growing list of happy subscribers.
